When you click on either of the download links , a new window will open showing the form in MS Word. Use the Save button to save a copy of the file to your computer. If you can’t see the save button, use File and then Save commands from the menu bar above the document.
Depending on which internet browser you are using, you may first be shown a box asking if you want to Open or Save the file. In that case, choose to Save the file.
If you click on the download link with the right hand mouse button, you should always be shown the box asking you if you want to Open or Save the file.
